   How would you describe God?
   
   Whatever your view of the Creator, Divine or Absolute, or if you feel there is nothing of the sort, I would like to know! If you believe in God, what is He like? If a person asked you, 'Who is God?' or 'Where is God?', what would you answer?

   Wow, Gary, you sure don't ask for much. :0)
   
   So, who is God? Well, to put a complex question rather simply: God is pure light and pure love. He is our Creator and the Author of life. Within Him...resides no darkness.
   
   The Almighty is loving, gentle, wise, forgiving, merciful, patient, understanding, faithful, kind-hearted, considerate, truthful, generous, dependable, awe-inspiring and gracious, not to mention perfectly just and perfect in power and in majesty. I also believe the Almighty comes equiped with a wonderful sense of humor and He is an Artist extraordinare to boot.
   
   He is the "Rock of Ages" and the "Most High"...there is none like Him anywhere and He has no equals. He alone is KING of kings and LORD of lords.
   
   In a word - He is the perfect Father, Mentor, and Friend. What more can a guy ask for or wish to hope for?

      Great answer, CJ. One of the challenges of writing comments to answers is to say something meaningful and with integrity without being repetitive - saying the same to everyone - or using superlatives. I appreciate your response, and you.

      You are most welcome, Gary...it was my pleasure. I got to thinking about this question just before falling asleep and I worried that I said too little about the Almighty's glorious attributes. Truth is, He is TOO great and TOO glorious to define.

      What I especially like about you, C J, is your honesty, sincerity and passion for your faith. And I completely relate to your feelings about the Almighty, as I was there fully for many years. Yes, the Almighty is too great and glorious to define.....

   Hi, Emanate, I tried to answer your dire questions of God, Who is God, and Where is God by creating a children's story hub. I don't know what God looks like, because I've never seen Him, but my imagination is a good as yours. I only know God created us in His likeness! Would you, enjoy kid's stories?
