   Which is your favorite festival? How do you celebrate it?
   
   My favorite festival is Ramzan Eid. We have a great gathering with our relatives. We exchange gifts which is called "Iddi". We make special dish called "Sher Khurma". It is a great fun.

   I love Chinese New Year because we get to visit relatives and friends, enjoy eating cookies, keropok, jellies and our favorite mandarin oranges. Yummy! Children are the luckiest, they get both food and money and a great holiday free from homework,

   I too love Chinese New Year. Its a perfect time for a full family get together as said by peachpurple, loads of foods and fun.

   My favorite festivals are Diwali and Daserra when the whole family meets and enjoy the fastival.

   My favourite festival is Sri Chinmoy's birthday. I rise at about 05.30 and sing the Invocation, a song paying homage to God. This is followed by other songs and periods of silence.
   The Sri Chinmoy Birthday festival lasts for 48 hours really. I join with about 1400 friends and we sing, recite, perform plays, tell jokes, have skits, etc. All day.
   
   But actually we start the day before His birthday. Post an all-day function, we then  have a 47-mile race which starts at midnight and lasts for about 8 hrs for the slower ones. Afterwards, there is time just for a quick shower and breakfast and to make it  to our Aspiration-Ground for the Sri Chinmoy Birthday Celebrations. It last all day. We entertain, laugh, pray, eat chat, see our dear friends from around the world and meditate for long periods, come rain, cold or sun. We are always happy!!

      Thanks Rumanasaiyed. Actually I also celebrate most spiritual festivals. A true lover of God cannot but celebrate in a God-loving and serving way. For this helps his/her progress.
