Creation and Evolution.
Are we a product of creation or evolution? What is our real nature?
God has created or the creation has evolved depends on our knowledge concerning the existence and nature of God. On the other hand, we do not believe in God, than the question of creating does not stand. But the blunt and ultimate assertion is that not only does God exist, existence itself is God.
Creation or the Universe does not come into being without a will.God is not creator but creativity itself. He is so perfectly creative an energy that the result is our wonderful universe.
That sounds very "mystical".
If were were created in the "image" and "likeness" of God, then God is not some kind of force like gravity, but has a personality and a mind like we do. God is a personable entity, an individual. God is not everything and everything is not God, because if things were created by God separately then they are OF God; existence itself is not God.
Creation is a belief where as Evolution is a conclusion. Significant evidence exists to support evolution so we can say, with confidence, that it happened. Whether or not one believes that was spurred by god, is up to the individual. But the two are not equivalents.
We were both created and evolved. After the disobedience in the garden they died out by evolving. We will evolve until we are the people we were created to be. We evolve by becoming more knowledgeable and wise.
The head seems to evolve first
I think that even if you are questioning, you still have answered it very well. The evolutionary part is part and parcel of it. We see this in science, technology and so forth. So to in the inner world, self-transcendence is constantly taking place. It is a spiritual self-transcendence, rather than a scientific one.
