Can an atheist prove his origin to prove there is no God?
Proving that something does not exist is very difficult if not impossible. I think the burden should be on proving that something DOES exist.
It is a burden to an atheist to prove the origin of his existence because he exist?
As an atheist myself, I'm comfortable saying that I don't know the origin of the existence of humans. However, I don't believe that supernatural powers were involved. I feel no burden over this at all.
