It most definitely would be heaven on earth.  I would like it be like living on earth under perfect conditions with perfect bodies and minds.  Earth, under perfect conditions, would be like heaven to me with all that mind-blowing scenery; perfect weather conditions; the ability to grow healthful foods; drinking clean, pure water; no more hunger; no more illness.

That, to me, would be Heaven.

There are quite a few books written by people who have had what are termed Near Death Experiences or NDE's.  But these reports are fairly brief.   However, there are some books which go into this more deeply.  For example, Michael Newton Ph.D  Hypnotherapist, has written a number.   'Life Between Lives' is one of them.   Two other books by him are, Journey of Souls, and Destiny of Souls.

Then there is After We Die, What Then, by George W. Meek which came out way back in the 1970s.

There is plenty to read on the subject.

Of course, if you'd don't have an open enough mind to give 'Heaven a chance' you won't follow up on your question.   And if you don't follow up on your question, you will remain with the same beliefs on this subject that you now hold.   If you seriously want to know an answer to the question, you'll begin your search for answers...it's that simple...and that complicated.

Maybe heaven is just living the life you want for eternity.
I don't have a need to congregate with deceased family, friends, or pets. According to Luke 17-21 "...The kingdom of God is within you."

Last night I was given heaven. Family around in accord and cherishing each other. We even had some fun arguments. The love was palpable. We engaged and were happy to be alive and with each other. Luke meant the collective you.

I do not believe in going to heaven, nor do I want to go there.
The Kingdom of God will rule upon the earth and that’s where the just and the unjust will be judged, and rewarded:
[Pro 11:31 KJV] 31 Behold, the righteous shall be recompensed in the earth: much more the wicked and the sinner.

If there really is heaven, then I believe there should be:
    ice creams
    laptop with internet
    able to talk to God
    able to talk with angels

A place where I can enjoy my after life without worries

A fun fact, Buddhism don't believe in heaven, but they believe in karma and good karma you gain would gain you good fortune in this life or next, bad karma would gain you bad karma in this life or next. So, if you do good in this life, your next life would be good, that is kind of like, heaven on earth, isn't it?

So you see, Lisa, that you will get different answers, and that's healthy too. I like Eric's, as he is probably asking you to be simple, practical; be like a child.

In a general way, many of us refer to Heaven as a place of beauty, Light, Love, Happiness, Serenity .... you get my drift.

My own view is that the spiritual life is a mystical one, and that Heaven and Hell are states of Consciousness/Spirit. When we are well-intentioned, loving, simple and pure, we are moving towards Heaven. When we are dark, resentful, burdensome and full of hate, then we are moving towards Hell.

They are actually finer inner realms. The angels live there, and those pure Souls too, but we are on a much grosser, denser plane, and that's why we have to do spiritual practices to encourage receptivity in our being. Gradually, we learn how to go to this beautiful realm, or plane of Consciousness. Much Love.
