There is a Soul's Region. The departed Soul (not dead) will have a series of experiences which will prepare it for its next life (reincarnation), then it will finally rest in God until it is time to return. Generally a few years. The Supreme decides this with the soul who chooses its own parents, geography, colour and so forth, prior to returning to carry on with its sojourn. All is sanctioned, approved or tolerated by the Supreme. Peace
