Almighty or God had always been a source of energy and power for not only the weaker people but also the most logical and rational entities on the Earth.

What do you think? Does it really help in our life especially in this situation of isolation or confinement.

It probably does help, for some.  So does meditation, exercise and eating.  Whatever it takes to calm yourself and reduce your stress levels.

But a source of energy and power it is not, any more than any other mental exercise.  While it may release energy and power, it is hardly the source - that energy and power is already present in the person praying.

God made man/woman to fellowship with Him. We all search for peace and happiness ... often to our own detriment.  I just finished devotion and then saw this. I thought twice before responding.

It is comforting to know that whatever I go through here, good or bad, is for my betterment.  The wisdom and endurance from going through helps refine me as a Christian.

Absolutely!  Talking with God throughout each day gives us the strength to face another day.
We are not alone no matter hiw it seems and his presence makes it tolerable.

Praying to "the Hearer of Prayer" definitely can bring peace of mind and peace of heart to the one praying to God especially during anxious moments, challenging situations and during trying times of confinement (Philippians 4:6-7, Psalm 65:2, Psalm 83:18, 2nd Corinthians 1:3).
