   Some one told me about this 4-5 years ago, kind of out there but think about.
   What if were in hell when we're awake and we're in heaven when we sleep?

            What about this : Heaven and Hell are while awake. It depends on what's happening around you. War: Hell, Holidays: Heaven, for example.
            Sleep: what you deserve. Nightmeres or dreams

               So, you're saying that if someone doesn't wake from their sleep then didn't deserve to wake up so they died?
               
               Sleep, if deserved, needs to be deserved in both manners or directions.
               
               To go to sleep is deserved.
               To wake is deserved.
               
               How does one consciously deserve to arise from sleep?
               
               Or am I thinking it through wrong? It could just be me thinking "too" much.

      I would rather think of your post as "heaven" is while I am wake and "hell" is dream. If sleep wasn't required, then I could be awake 24/7.

      Not all belief systems include the concept of hell, so as a theory, your idea is rather limited.
