   Think about this: God, out of profound love for us allowed his own wonderful, dear son be sacrificed for our sins. He didn't sin one time. He didn't die for himself. He died for us, to save us. This is why he is called the savior. Jesus sacrificed his life to save us from hell, which were prepared for the devil and his angels. Matthew Ch. 25:41. I love unconditionally, inspite of all the false, terrible ridiculing of God and his true holy word I often observe in the forums. I accepted Jesus into my life because of the power of his love, and I have a strong desire to do what is right and to be a humble servant of God. There is no greater love than a man who would lay down his life for our sins. To all the christians: Why did you accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior?

      Most people on earth are not aware of Jesus. Most people love each other as most Christian stick to each other and love each other.
      
      I would rather go to a church of love, and then belong to an exclusive club of exclusive love

         The thread is not about love, it is about religion. There is no love in religion. Religious love is conditional, so not love at all.

            Yes I realize that thanks.
            
            For me, it is people that love not the religious texts or even what the texts advocate. Knowing and not doing (or in this instance feeling) is not knowing.
            
            There are many shades of love depending on our perception of love. Love  is usually shaped by our own experiences or frame of references and the depth or lack of feeling any kind of love is in accordance with these frame of references and experience. No more no less.
            
            If we are experiencing love, for the most part,  from a purely unconditional point of view then our frame of references and experiences have understood that it truly is the greatest gift of all. We will therefore find love where ever we look...... At least when we are in the unconditional space.

               I am surrounded by love daily (children) and wrote a hub on love. I have both a feeling and psychological understanding of love and it is not conditional in any way. The love children show is honest and beautiful. Adults should observe and learn.

   The bible doesn't understand love in any way.
   
   Love is never conditional, requires no gods and certainly is not love when it has provisos.
   
   Love does not create fear, is not controlled by hate or fear of an invisible entity.
   
   Conditional love is not love at all.

      Love is a doing thing.
      
      No love is given by religion, it is conditional. That is not love.

                  Yes of course you do! I bet you don't do acts of love for your child because you are told to or to have the child reward you.

         I agree totally, Love for me is synonym with God, they are not two, they are one.
         I do not believe human being know how to truly love unconditionnally, our love is often filtered through so many memories and concept of the one we profess we love. As for His love, it is the only true Love, as I learn to sit in the silence in God, I feel His love flooding my whole being, not because i have done anything special for Him, only because I turn to Him.
         And throughout the day this love continues to expand from the inside to the world outside of me. It is not my love, it is defenitely His love going out to believers or unbelievers. (if you spot  any spelling mistakes do not have a go, i am a french speaker trying to converse in another language thank you)

            There are many different kinds of love. My ultimate love would be a romantic woman to share my life with. My daughter enhances my soul the most, for now. God, could be another person's ultimate love, if they can find the right way, Competition with 1000s of other ways.. A woman may find her dog as the ultimate love, I just hope she is not married or esle her husband is a worst dog than the other one. God spelt backwards is doG.
            
            Love: When two people or thing that are stronger together than apart. By an attitude of gratitude, with many little acts of kindness
            
            Thing love, Send most of my waking hours of loving my work, maybe for earnest its his cars.
            
            Christians are always telling me, God gave you that gift. I say to myself, Nooo, I worked very hard by desire, attitude, focus and required talent. God has been a co creator of my work.

            Hi AJacobsLadder, Thank you for sharing what God's love mean to you.   He is the true source of love. God loves unconditonally, so therefore from the power of his love, I am able to do the same. It may not be easy, but it can be done. It's all about what we choose to do. To love unconditional is to love someone inspite of wrong things that is spoken or done to us. You are doing a great job conversing in another language.

               I guess none of Christian above believes that most people in the world who don't know Jesus can love. Everyone in this world can love just as deeply and as strongly as you.
               
               I love everyone and see nobody as demonic; many of you see much of the World as demonic.
               
               That is love with conditions and even wars in the Bible have conditions, and not one modern war has ever met those conditions and most war is religious. I physically experience a few war zones in my travels.
               
               There were many, many wars in ancient times, I can not imagine running out of idea to kill anyone,  nothing solved, why not make love rather than war.

No one will have the ability to love if it was not for the God of the universe.                      I'm a lover not a fighter, it takes a lot more courage not to fight. No point and no reason to fight, or to harm, or to kill.
                     
                     I would not allow anyone to set up any condition to do so. Any who has physical attack me on my trip, never got harmed, on both side. No harm in hard questions, yet I have been accuse of that.
                     
                     Why attack verbally or other countries physically , I don’t understand?
