Who is thinking about, what I am thinking about, when about I am thinking about it?
How many do you have? Read Kant, Sartre or Huxley. This universe is but a big stage, inwhich one is playing many parts and all the parts are the same thing.
Just one, only me. You can read many books, and yes the universe is huge, but that does not mean there are a lot of me's. That would be a mess. lol, Nope, just me.
Look at it this way. We play many parts just as ourselve's. One part is played at work, one at play and one at home. These are but just a few masks we wear. I am always a philosopher and I play only that role, for that is what I am. I see the fact that I am just a small part of the greater whole and I play my role out with continuity.
The version of you that asked the question.
It's an internal question. Why do I think the things I do? Am I not in control, as "I" think I am? Who is thinking these thoughts for me? When I am thinking, how is it that I am thinking at all? How do I know I'm thinking anything? If I'm a natural part of this universe, is it possible that I'm doing as the universe intended? Is it possible that the universe is thinking with me?

Does your mortality begin to hit home? If it does, how do you cope with it and stop yourself becoming just an old misery guts?

This was written on the hub of a writer recently: "I'm in touch with my feelings – maybe a tad too much, seeing as I can write on command about them".Sort of implies that this is not a good thing....Why would this be bad? I really don't think there's any such thing as being in...
