Division in the religion so as division within a family is just common in this world. I think brothers fight. Therefore, we are just all brothers...and sisters.

      Good point.
If you want to continue with the brother/sister analogy, I have yet to find a large family that is totally harmonious. That is not to say they go to extremes such as violence, but conflict, none the less.

It just goes to show what the (raw) human condition is like, if allowed to reign over the person.

lol And yet, when the "(raw) human condition" is allowed to reign over a person in so many other factors and scenarios in life, fighting and division doesn't even enter the picture. Instead, we find reason, rationale and unity.

It is in fact the failed ideologies of those who actually deny, ignore or forget all about the "(raw) human condition" when they exact those ideologies onto people and societies that cause division and fighting.

At least, that's what history has shown us.

@christiana religion barring few are divisive by its very nature...all abrahamic religion are unfortunately divisive...but religions where made by humans...so guess this division would last only for another 500 yrs...humanity would evolve in kind of phase where being human would be more impt than whom do u worship theme...

Some brothers and sisters, for inexplicable reasons, detest each other because they have discordant views over something. They are really very stupid to not know about this thing called ''coordination''.

Some Christians believe that other Christians aren't Christian enough. Same way with Muslims. I'm sure it exists with other religions but those two are the most popular.

Thanks to you all. It seems we are enlightened and near to the truth. I think following Jesus' principles of daily living is absolutely effective to have peace of mind. Being humble, patient, kind, lovable, sacrificial, etc.

@christiana best principles are time less...even before jesus was born those timeless classics existed...but it doesnot make difference ...why?...world was same before jesus and same after him...christians who adopted jesus's teaching went on to become super power...they colonized world , had slaves , got involved in witch hunting ,went on crusade...all in name of christ!!!!!!!!!!!!...difference was not made ...

Jesus said "I come not to bring peace upon the earth. I bring division, and a sword! I will set a mother against her daughter, and a father against his son." Explains things quite adequately

Just to cause some more division smile

Has anyone noticed that the muslim world occupied the same territory as the christian world? Has anyone wondered why the doctrines of muslim and christianity are so different? Has anyone wondered why muslim is heralded by angel visitation? Has anyone noticed the similarities between muslim and catholic?

Could it not be that whatever power conspired to found catholicism probably founded also muslim? Did we ever think that this muslim religion is just another type of Crusade or Acquisition or Knights of Columbus or Jesuit tool?

Who founded religion by hatred and killing? the catholics. Who warred with people just like the muslims? catholic.

I put this to you for your pondering pleasure.
    They are both Masonic.
