Jogging and brisk walking which is more effective?


There was a time I started brisk walking I noticed I lost few kg or pounds but when I jogged 5 rounds in a drive or large cirular field of about 350 meters for one week I lost 4kg over 8 pounds,how much more if I jogg three times in a week I believe I could loose 20 pounds.Tell me your openion

    wow thats right also when i play basket ball i start feeling pain on the knee

    so thanks for the info however i will keep jogging..
