By which country do you mean 'we'?

I think England should have won without a second thought because it was the best bid out of all others.

Qatar is not a football nation and Russia must have bribed Sep.

Anyway, the decision is made and i hope everyone enjoys the tournaments and take something from it all.

I for one believe SPAIN should have one of them or perhaps England itself. It will be ok in Russia and in Qatar i'm glad they are giving the "little guy" country a chance also. In essence it is what it is. Just enjoy FIFA action no matter where its hosted.

    What can they offer,

Well, they're smaller countries where soccer is not that popular especially in the middle east. So having the World Cup in those 2 countries would help boost the popularity and reach of football in general.

I think England had one of the best bids ever. They already have quite a few stadiums that could be used and any stadiums that were going to be built could be sold to an EPL team. For example, Olympic Stadium being sold to West Ham United. I really can't see how building stadiums in Qatar and Russia over the long run are going to be sustainable as I don't think they can bring in fans to fill the stadiums in the long run.
