Sounds like Marvin Harrison is also coming back
I saw this as soon as I got home from work today!! Wow, he just keeps on ticking....Brett Favre is like the Energizer bunny!
I have a theory
Favre has been talking about retirement for quite a few years so he could spend time with his wife. Yet, he is still not retired! Therefore I believe his wife must be real naggy or annoying making him desperate to return year after year.
I knew he would. Michael Strahan did the same thing in 2007 He NEVER retired. He just didn't want to have to go through training camp and pre-season. The dude's smart. Now he's getting paid $12 Million and doesn't have to do all the strenuous stuff.
Think ya' made a good point there!!!
Miss the gruelling training camp in the heat of summer, but get the paycheck and the "fame and starting position."
There has been quite a few players over the years do the same thing and get by with it. But hey...if it works and is allowed? Why shouldn't he?
Wish I could choose my own schedule whenever I wanted and the pay. lol
go brett! class act, through and through. let's see how he fares against the pack, twice in one season. woo hoo!
I thought the Vikings would get Vick, but I think Farve is a better fit. If he can stay healthy, he'll help them win a lot of games. I think we have a superbowl contender.
Vikings vs Green Bay should be the must watch game this year!

Wow. Randy Moss coming back to the Vikings. Being from Minnesota, I do not think we should have ever traded him to begin with. However, Moss is exactly what we need with the loss of Sidney Rice for the first half of the season. The Vikings troubles thus far have started and ended with the fact that...

Coincidence or bad news for Minnesota?

I heard on NFL Network and ESPN that Brett Favre will Not play in tonight's Minnesota Vikings game against the NY Giants.A record 297 consecutive starts ends! It is good that the team did not just put Favre out there for a play or two just to get the "stat." That would have...

Brett Favre is still in talks and trying to decide if he will play the Minnesota Vikings. I say it is time to go! Brett has become a distraction. He is a legend and WILL be in the Hall of Fame. Don't stay too long and ruin your name. What is your take on this?

So...The Favre has retired a second time and the Jets released him. Which means, if he comes back yet again he can be a free agent. What do you think? Good, bad? Should he stay retired, should he have never retired in the first place, should he not have come back the first time? I wanna know what...

College Football. I'm not that pumped for this week's set of match-ups.I'll go with USC @ Cal with the only two ranked teams squaring off. USC's loss to Washington and Cals whooping by Oregon take a lot of steam out of this match-up, but I don't think you can win the PAC 10 and lose...
