Need every country have an international football stadion ?

We know that football is a worldwide sport. At this time this sport is mainly dominated by the countries from western Europe and some latin American Countries. What do we do to make this not only worldwide in spectators but also in players ?

I have mixed views on having a national stadium, I can only talk for England, we have a beautiful new stadium at Wembley but it is in London & in some cases too far away for many England supporters, when Wembley was being built, England international matches were being played all around England including Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham & Newcastle & they seemed to be a great atmostphere around the country allowing supporters to see their beloved England where before it was not possible. England has an abundance of top quality stadia & in my opinion we didnt need a new Wembley, but this place is iconic all over the world but I think it should have been built in central England so having it easy access for most if not all supporters.
