    peanut butter on wheat thins with a glass of iced green tea (real tea steeped and then cooled in the fridge)! so good and so healthy!

    Banana Smoothie

    And if it's been an extremely long/ hard training session or race I might add a cup of protein powder into the mix too

    Made with skimmed milk of course and a fresh banana.
