How many season/years should a team wait to relieve or fire their coach?
To prove their coaching style if it will work in general. There are many things to consider - players - capable and whether they are the best, worst, or average - whether they are performing their best or have injuries, play calling etc. Rapport with the management is important. Agree or disagree?
Depends on how well the team did, or does, but at the very least I think a coach should at least get two years, since the first year can be a year of rebuilding or transition, and the second should show thier improvement, or what they are capable of, but if they can't get over five hundred within three years, or make some major improvements, then they should go.
