Are Our Kids Being Pushed Too Hard In Sports?
Many people believe children are being excessively forced to excel and try hard in sports, especially football. This may be true to some but is up in the air as one of the most touchy subjects. Americans love football, although our kids may have long-term effects from it. A new study from the Boston University School Of Medicine took a handful of retired pro football players and put them to the test. Half of the bunch had played organized tackle football from the time before they were 12 years old, half had not. This study concluded the half that did not had much higher brain capabilities.
it is compulsory for kids to go into sports nowadays, but one can choose one of more sports. At least one.
Pursuing kids is the most important part of raising them up. Either it is sports education no metter what. For me sport is very important for young kids as they grow up they grow up with the sport they like. Even if they not into sports kids are supposed to learn to get used to new stuff and that is how will they succed in other stuff.

Is Baseball a dying sport?I think yes. World Series ratings are down by 65% in the last 25 years. Same goes for the All Star Game. Fox had its worst year in ratings for their game of the week in 2012 (averaged a 2 share for 24 games). Don't let the local TV deals or fantasy leagues fool you.

While it is famous worldwide, soccer is low in the ranks of favorite televised sporting events by most. Why? Should soccer get more American publicity?
