What is Face Exercise
Face exercise is a natural way of exercising the face to tighten the muscles and stave off signs of aging skin. If you faithfully perform these facial exercises daily the contour and texture of your skin will begin to show improvement. The isometric resistant exercises from Facial Magic have been proven to work.

I personally researched many of the face exercise programs and tried many of the exercises. My exercises of choice come from a company called Facial Magic. I find that Facial Magic exercises are easy to do and take a short amount of time each day. Each week you will see continual improvement on your face and neck. Take your own before and after pictures so you can compare your improvement each week. After the initial few months of doing the exercises daily, you can cut back to a few times a week to maintain your new face. The bottom line is that these exercises work as long as you perform them. And the best news for me is that these exercises have improved and kept my facial contour.
