All skin regenerates and should be freed of all skin cells to help the process. Skin scrubs have been used for hundreds of years all over the world.

Anti-Aging Creams

Anti-aging creams are not as effective when you don't practice a healthy skin care regimen. It's like eating cookies after a working out at the gym.

Skin Scrubs

Skin scrubs quality or home made should be used at least twice a week to remove dry skin cells. Acne skin and delicate skin people can use a liquid product with a small percentage of glycolic acid which is a natural and gentle skin cell remover despite it's scary name.

How To Keep Skin Looking Young

Keeping your skin looking young and firm will take effort on your part to maintain a lifestyle change and skin care regimen.

  • Exercise to keep skin tight and firm.
  • Healthy diet to assure beneficial nutrients and moisture needed for healthy skin.

Skin Care Anti-Aging Advice

We are all going to age but we just want to do it gracefully. We buy promises that disappoints us and go on to the next product/promise leaving a trail of money and wasted products to remind us of our vanity. When will it end?

Becoming shocked when we suddenly see new signs of aging is enough to confidently say that buying the promise will always be a factor. But learning how our skin works and what we can do to help it responds favorably is a great place to start.

I am going to share some anti-aging advice that is going to change the way your skin is aging. You will learn how to minimize fine lines and wrinkles which you don't ever think about until after they first appear.

Waiting until you see the first sign of lines or wrinkles to come will cause you to be more aggressive and true to the proper skin care regimen for aging skin. Protect yourself now and ward off future lines and minimize the ones you do have. Beautiful younger skin can be had by all with the proper skin care regimen.

For some, prevention seems to have sailed away like a kite in the sky but no worries. Starting a great regimen now will allow your skin to improve right away by giving it what it needs to function and perform properly.

Did you know...

Our skin regenerates every 20 days for better or worse. It depends on you doing what's best for your skin to see the improvement in that time. Once skin is balanced and you have a great skin care regimen for your skin you will see great results.

This means using the proper products for your unique skin situation. Using a wrinkle treatment, night skin cream and exfoliating your skin (remove dead skin cells) will minimize lines and retexturize your skin.

There are many of us using all of the expensive creams and potions waiting for results and seeing none. This may be because you haven't learned how to plan an effective skin care program for yourself.

You may be saying at this point that you don't have the money to buy all of the expensive products but here is an article for "Beautiful Skin On A Budget" or you may think that you don't have enough time. Here is a special hub for the time conscience "Younger Skin In Just 5 Minutes".

First Signs of Aging

Whether it’s when we notice our chin feeling out in pictures or lines surrounding our eyes, the first signs of aging are a warning that we need to improve our lifestyle fast. Cutting down on the sweet or alcohol or going to the gym. The first signs of aging are what gets us off our butts and in gear to our journey to staying younger as long as possible.

  • Fine lines become more noticeable with expressions (frowning is something you may want to stop).
  • Wrinkles will surely make us look older and appear more on dry skin.
  • Loose skin makes us look older and attractive.
  • Freckles (age spots) begin to multiply especially in the summer.
  • Thin skin can cause veins and broken capillaries to be more noticeable.
  • Dark circles under eyes that are mistaken for lack of sleep.

When you see the first signs of aging the signs are usually gradual but will increase if you aren't proactive. I am not going to give you the long version of how to maintain your skin.

How To Reduce and Improve Fine Lines And Wrinkles Right Now!

Although there is no quicker skin care anti- aging beauty trick; there are certainly ways to improve your lines and wrinkles right away.

  • Botox
  • face lift
  • face implants

Even if you have gone the needle or surgery route, it will best serve you to learn how to take care of your skin on your own with a good skin care regimen to promote a more youthful skin. it doesn't matter if your see your aesthetician twice a month; you are with your skin daily and have to be proactive to elongate it's integrity.

Youthful Skin Care Regimen

The purpose of this regimen is to promote a quicker cell turnover rate. This means your skin will be prompt to produce new skin when you remove the old cells. This is why your skin feels so wonderful after a glycolic peel during your facials. This is a not a deep peel but a necessary on a least once a month along with a great skin care regimen for your skin type.

  1. Wash face twice with exfoliating facial cleanser 2 times 1-1/2 minutes each. You will be using your fingers in circular motions on every area on your face. If you don't know which one to use there is a good refreshing facial scrub at Wal-Mart. It is the stores Equate refreshing scrub brand in the blue tube in price is an issue. Yes, it does say good for acne and oily skin...GET IT!
  2. Rinse well with warm water. Do not use hot water. Finish your rinse with water warm enough for a baby. (Hot water causes our skin to dry and attract lines and wrinkles sooner.)
  3. Use a cotton ball or pad and apply witch hazel. This is a natural toner! Trust me!
  4. Apply Castor oil or virgin coconut oil to skin after toning. You may want to do this at night shiny skin may get you some looks.

WARNING!! Only do this twice a week! Scrubbing your skin too often will not allow your lines and wrinkles to plump up and may cause more skin issues or irritate acne. This scrub is said to be gentle enough to use every day, however you skin will not perform (plump) if it is used too often, plus your skin may be too sensitive for daily use.

I hope you realize how very serious it is to start today with a good skin care anti-aging regimen to prevent early signs of aging. Good Luck!
