If you check out my hub I've briefly mentioned a few but basically I'd work from the inside out first. Eat plenty of extra virgin olive oil, I put it on everything salads breads, pasta's etc. Good quality salmon, mackeral, tuna,this can be tinned if you can't get fresh, free range eggs, veg, fruit, plenty of warm water with freah lemon juice and take a Cod Liver Oil supplement.
