    It should not bother me.yet some have strong disliking for some particular perfume-if it falls into one of those categories then I will be bothered.

    yes it should bother, if it is strong to the point that others notice as well then it is taking away from the reason you are there, and that is not good

    Yes, if it stinks, it stinks.  Too much perfume is never a good thing.

    Perfume can set off migraines and asthma attacks in some individuals.  It would be sad to cause such misery in others for no good reason.  If perfume can't be worn moderately, it shouldn't be worn at all.  The problem is that over time the person wearing it gets used to the scent and can't tell how strong it is, applying more each time without knowing it.
