You'll have to discuss the matter with an actual tattoo artist. They all set their own prices according to their costs for equipment and labor, complexity and size of design.
Size, how detailed the tattoo is, number of colors and how famous the tattoo artist is will all determine the price.
Location can also be a factor. I live in Las Vegas and if I was to go on "The Strip" prices would surely be higher there than away from it as retail space there must account for the property taxes on land value at $30 million per acre.
i have tattoos it depends on the location, the artist, and how big you want it. i've heard it depends on where you live but don't know about that i've gotten all mine in one state and mainly one shop
