safest way to straight long, think, frizzy, wavey hair and (if possible) have it last awhile?
Nowadays, everyone straightens their hair with chemicals; but, when I was younger we used to iron our hair. Obviously, we conditioned our hair well because ironing it is very drying; but, other than that there is no real danger IF you are careful. There is no more danger than using a hot curling iron or such.
Just use your ironing board, iron and steam feature. A friend helps.
