How do you get rid of red bumps on your legs????
I have pale legs and your can see my pores. it's embrassing! I am trying to tan a lot during the summer and hopefully it will cover them throughout the winter time. I know... Sun bathing is horrible, but what else can I do?
Are you actually talking about the pores? Or are you talking about the red bumps that happen when you eat too much acid based foods?
I'm curious, if its the actual pores, then you should use egg whites on your legs to help close up the pores. Its an old "wives" tale that actually does work. Once a week or as often as you feel necessary, but as with all home remedies, caution should be applied. Besides, if you do it more than twice a week, your pores may become used to it and not respond at all.
Little red bumps are generally due to an allergy to foods. I get them when I eat too many foods with vinegar in them or a high acid count. It's curable by drinking 8, 8oz glasses of water a day. Not flavored water, not mineral water, clear sink or fridge water.
If you are not flushing your system, then your body says "hey, there's a problem in here" to get your attention its something bumpy and usually red.
To close your pores, after shaving or just when you're in the shower, rinse your legs in cold water. The heat opens the pores, and the cold closes them.
