    simplest remedies to do away with acne...

    1. Cut a raw potato in two halves...pierce it with the help of a knife from the non-peel side...and rub it on the affected areas..

    2. Finely ground red lentils...and mix it up with milk to make a thick paste...and apply on the affected areas..

    As for scars, you have several options:

    - laser treatment
    - microdermabrasion (for very mild acne scarring only)

    Hello, acne scars are tricky and it is important to have a professional determine analyze your skin prior to treating it.

    If you have darker skin, your skin may keloid from treatment -- meaning you may get additional scars which is something you definitely do not want to do . 

    You also want to see if your scars are flat or raised, or if they are discolored.   Essential oils in the right carrier creams may help but I think your first stop should be at a dermatologist or esthetician's office where you can get the very best direction,
