There are a few permanent outlets and some termporary outlets in Hong Kong. Below are the permanent outlets in Hong Kong:
1. Esprit Outlet: Basement 2, Palace Mall, Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. (Metro station Tsim Sha Tsui, Sheraton Hotel exit)
2. Citygate outlet Mall in Tung Chung (Metro station: Tung Chung)

You can check out Citygate as mentioned previously. However, there is another smaller scale one in Kowloon iteslf, within China Hong Kong City.
