When do you think women started wearing lingerie?
In Medieval Times? Ancient Times? Maybe more recently in the Edwardian or Victorian periods?
I think that women started wearing lingerie centuries ago. I'm sure the trend started in France, where the women dressed in fine and rich clothing. In the beginning of the US during George Washington's day the men wore ruffles, and I'm sure that women wore corsets to make them look smaller. It would probably be in the Ancient times, that lingerie appeared in Europe.
