after cheerleading my feet are always unbarably tired and soar. we have a lot of the same problems with our feet that ballerinas do (believe it or not). what always helps me is running my foot over a tennis ball while im watching tv. it usually helps to relax them. i dont know, if this will help you aswell, but i figured id give answering this a shot haha

Have you made a trip to the podiatrist?  There could actually be something wrong with your feet that needs medical attention.

If you don't want to see a doctor, there are also many kinds of orthotic inserts that you can buy for your shoes so that you don't need to wear orthopedic shoes.
