    I don't know for sure if this will work. I think if you wash them again and then iron with an ironing cloth it will work. I iron lots of things with a cloth because so many things can be ruined if you don't use one, like lace. Also turning the pants inside out when ironing will work. An ironing cloth can be anything, wash cloth or hankie. Hope this helps.

    Sorry, you can't remove those shiny marks. Think creatively, maybe put on that iron mark some clothing label that you like (or something like this: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B006Z0QVAC/?tag=lotoshth-20). You will have a new look for your clothe for sure.

    Note: it's always better if you turn your black clothing inside out so you'll be ironing on the reverse side. Lesson and learned. Time to move on.
