    What is the best way to get healthy beautiful skin?

    I have been suffering from acne for a while and my skin has been acting very stubborn. I have been using proactive for about 2 and a half weeks now. Prior to that I used Clinique but it had some chemical in it I was allegic to. I just want to get beautiful skin but don't know how to go about it, without it being expensive. I have a combinations skin type and how my skin has been acting is really killing my self esteem. I just want to give up, because I don't know what else to do. please give me some feed back on what I should do.

    Eat green leafy vegetable and drink a lot water, especially early in the morning.

    Without knowing it, a lot of adults are allergic to dairy products which results in Acne (The only symptom) .
    This is especially true if you have cystic acne.

    If so, stay off all dairy products..eggs, milk, cheese, ice cream, whipped cream and etc. for about 3 weeks and see if the acne starts clearing up.

    I would see a doctor because it's a medical condition and you may end up with scarring.
