   Do not touch your face  you may not realize it but you touch your face hundreds of times a day. So keep your hands very clean this will help. Also change your pillow case every night before bed. Most people will get some acne but you can minimize with one thing just keep the skin clean as you possibly can always.
   The less bacteria the less acne.

   Changing your pillowcase is a good suggestion, but every single night is a bit extreme. Maybe twice a week? Also, make sure every bit of your makeup is off at night. It'll clog your pores and cause acne. Don't overwash your face either! It'll make it dry. Washing your face with a gentle anti-acne facial cleanser once a day is optimal. Burt's Bees Chamomile and Soap Bark Deep Facial Cleansing Cream works miracles, and smells fantastic.
   
   If its a sunny day, and you're sweating with makeup on, put some skin toner in a spray bottle and occasionally spritz it on your face. Burt's Bees Rosewater toner works for me and is super refreshing. Its all just about keeping clean- you face, and your skin products!
