If you could only choose one beauty/grooming tip to share, what would you share?
There are a lot of grooming tips to share but my top choice is: nothing beats clean. Always bathe daily, it is very important to be clean and fresh. That would be step one.
For young woman and young girls in their teens I would advise taking Evening Primrose Oil. It's not only good for your skin but helps to keep the menstrual cycle regular and can help with PMT. But the long lasting benefits of this herbal remedy is that it will keep your skin looking young and fresh when you start to get older and definately helps to ward off wrinkles. But it's better if you have been taking it from the younger years.
Slather you hair with a product like Ojon when you are going to be in intense heat such as in the Adriatic Sea.
Ever since I was a teen-age I use fresh kalamansi (the counterpart of lemon) juice mixed with mineral oil in equal volume. I rub my skin with the mixture, pat some on my face and rub some on my scalp; I do this ten to fifteen minutes before my daily shower. It's effect is a thoroughly cleansed skin and scalp, smooth and soft skin. No blemish on the face because the mixture deep cleanses naturally and wash off dirt during the shower. It also keeps the skin healthy. I use this over the years and people would ask what I wash my face with...I use nothing else.

What's more important, beauty or brains? But wait... before you answer brains because most I assume will. Which would you choose if you could only pick one? Would you pick beauty or intelligence? Which one do you think gets a person further in life?
