Go to dentist and he makes  a silicone mold of your teeth - which is important because fits super snug unlike the off the shelf things with the custom mold can talk.

I buy Phillips Zoom! on ebay  - 4 different strengths.  Can wear over night.

Works great, price is cheap. Need custom mold. Does NOT hurt my gums.

    Hay jaydawg808!

I shall suggest you some tried-useful tips for teeth whitening, it worked. Before you work on your yellow teeth, you should be aware of the things important to you.
    - Genetic problem.
    - Poor oral hygiene.
    - Consuming unhealthy food and drink.

You can use these below natural treatments (Source: Internet):

    - Baking soda with lemon juice paste:
Mix small amount of baking soda with enough lemon juice or water to make a paste. Wipe your extra saliva with a paper towel before using paste. Put a good amount of paste on your tooth brush and apply for two minute, then rinse it.

    - Baking soda scrub with strawberry and salt:
Take two or three strawberries and mash them, add half teaspoon full of baking soda with a pinch of salt. Before applying it, clean your extra saliva using a paper towel. Apply it on affected area for five to six minutes, and then rinse it off.

I think this above things might work for you and prove beneficial.
NOTE: Remember above things are only for experimental purpose. Make sure to perform these above activities only in the guidance of some elders in your family. All the suggested things may need not suit all. In case of any complications or pain, please consult your nearest dentist.

It is always advisable to meet your dentist once in 3 months, make sure this situation never arise.
