Take a look at my hub: http://hubpages.com/hub/Cheap-Natural-W … hite-Teeth
I was amazed and delighted to find, completely by accident, a pleasant, natural and inexpensibe way to dazzling white teeth, so I wrote a hub about it.
I have read about many home remedy solutions, one of which involved a woman who claims her 96 year-old grandmother mixes baking soda with her first urine of the day. Well, I can't say I'm courageous enough to attempt that one. But, concerning the lemon juice and baking soda solution, I've heard it's effective except you have to be careful about it eroding your tooth enamel.
Thanks
Terry

A really good way to whiten your teeth would be to use
PLUS WHITE JUST 5 MINUTES
you can get this at wal mart ( only in the states) wal greens or where ever else.
You can can cheep mouth gards at wal mart, put them in boiling water, take them out and put them in your mouth and wait till they harden.
That way you have your own set of mouth things, and you can apply the plus white in them and leave on for five minutes.
In my personal opinion, through personal experience, I've always opted just to have it done by a professional, it's quick and easy and it actually works.

A more practical way to whiten teeth is thru the use of home teeth whitening kits. Home teeth whitening kits consists of a mold or whitening tray, together with a formulated teeth whitening gel. The mold needs to fit your teeth perfectly, since you have to wear it for several minutes or even overnight in order to get the full treatment. The good thing about this is that you do it yourself and its very cost effective. cheaper than an expensive trip to the dentist. Find out more

Would you pay a dentist $300-$600 to get your teeth whitened or would you pay a smaller business $99-$129 to do it? One hour at the dentist, 20 minutes at the other business. Or would you never consider doing this and why? Both are safe!

Have you tried "at-home" teeth whitening? If so, what product have you tried? Did you like/dislike it?

A popular method for treating moderately stained or discolored teeth is bleaching. These stains often can not be removed with regular professional cleanings. The most popular method of bleaching is the at-home method. There are a few good products out on the market that are dispensed by dentists. I...

What's the best way to whiten my teeth?I use whitening tooth paste and brush several times a day. I've been cutting back on dark drinks (soda and coffee) and I am trying really hard to stop smoking. What else can I do, without going to the dentist, to get my teeth whiter?

Do teeth whitening products eventually take the enamel off your teeth?Or do they simply make your teeth whiter, without any damaging effects?
