   Have you tried a whitening toothpaste or mouthwash that works?
   
   I'm sure the toothpastes that are labled as "whitening" work to some degree but do you know of any that work very well?

   Yes, I would highly recommend Arm & Hammer toothpaste, especially any of their varieties that include hydrogen peroxide and/or baking soda.  I have been using Arm & Hammer for years, and I can testify that their toothpaste is one of the best.  I consistently recieve compliments on my white teeth.  I did try an alternative toothpaste one month and experienced a significant deterioration in not only the whiteness of my teeth but also plaque and tartar buildup.
   
   Finally, Arm & Hammer has been around for ages.  I really do believe in many of their products, including toothpaste!

      That is excellent.  So many people try to whiten their teeth.  it must be nice to have them

   I've tried most of the supermarket brand whitening toothpastes and mouthwash, and I use both products together regularly, but I haven't noticed any change in the color of my teeth and they seem to work just like regular toothpaste or mouthwash.  I'm thinking I would probably need lightening from a dentist to obtain a bright white smile!
