What is the quickest/best solution to get a hub deindexed ?
I'm going to move my stuff elsewhere since adsense decided to dump me a week after approving me. Their explanation is that I have copied material on my articles. Funny, since I haven't even made any new hubs in the past month. I officially give up on adsense. It's a racket.
Bookmark your hubs. Since bookmarking is always visited by search engine bots, it is a good idea to have your hubs bookmarked on Diigo, Stumbleupon, Reddit and Digg. Also, try to ping your hubs by using pingler or any other website pinger. This would get the attention of search engine bots. Please let me know the results when you do all this. Btw, you can try checking if your hub has been index by using webcache feature of Google chrome.
Step 1: Unpublish your hubs.
Step 2: Request Google to remove them from the search results.
You can do that here: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/removals?pli=1

How is it that a hub on the 'common mistakes new hubbers make' can suddenly become not featured, in spite of the fact it has had 9 views in a day, 24 views in 7 days and 35 views in the last 30 days? I only replied to comments on it both 42 hours ago and 22 hours ago (from two different hubbers)....

I've been updating and removing hubs. I haven't settled on a plan for good hubs that don't get traffic. Curious what others do. My top 40 hubs are 85% of traffic. I culled the heard and have been focused on my best hubs.Once I'm through them I'll come up with a plan for the rest.

Did HubPages provide an explanation regarding why you can no longer easily share a Hub on Twitter using a button on the Hub? Why did they replace it with Flipboard?

Along with the Google effect lately I've seen a lot of forum posts about spam, and every time I hub hop it is obvious that there is a lot submitted here of both spam and simply substandard hubs.I would suggest that the following rules apply to the first 5 (or 10 or 20?) hubs by any new...
