Had to have my computer wiped out. Now can't reclaim itune songs.

    Does anyone know how to do this?  I've spent hours trying.  Itunes support doesn't let any messages go through to them and I don't see the problem listed anywhere. 

    I had to have a whole new XP system put back onto my computer.  I had to change my email address at itunes because I'd forgotten it. (Wrote it somewhere, but couldn't find it.) Had to change the country on itunes so I re-downloaded the itunes software to my computer.  I have about 200 songs I can't put on there.  I do see them on one place I went in my 'account'.   I did find the 'purchased' place to click on the itunes store, but it tells me I don't have any music to retrieve.  Any suggestions will be most appreciated.  Thank you.

      can't help you...hope you get the tunes back...i have almost 3,000 that i would not want to lose, Yikes!

    Have you tried contacting Apple support...they have been known to let people to re- download if you plead your case really well.
