I have already recovered my important files with the help of Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery Software.

The only drawback of it is that you can only preview the files that is recoverable in Trial Version. Otherwise its full version is a complete solution of recovery from hard disk.

Actually you can recover data from formatted hard drive after formatting and it is easy for you to do so. But one thing you need to make sure is that your original data did not be overwritten by the new data or you may not use the software but use the hard drive mood to fix your problem. This method will cost you a lot no matter money or time. For the easy way to solve your problem, you may try this software called Windows Data Recovery Tool to see if it works for you. Even if you formated your drive the data is still there. You have to actually write over it with something to erase it. That's how security programs work, they write all 0s then all 1s and 0s and so forth to actually erase the drive.
Back to your problem. Yes, you can recover the deleted files and folders. Deleting won't make your files deleted actually. They are just not visible but still in the hard drive which you saved them at. You can rely on some data recovery programs to help you find them back. You can try Recover Data for windows data recovery. Just install this program on your computer and use the function "all recovery", after a while your deleted files will be back soon. Do hope it could help you:- http://www.en.ntfsdiskrecovery.com
