how to debug an application error on windows
"Application Error - couldn't load keydecoder.dll" How to find out what is happening to cause this error
Usually these dll errors occur due to the file being specified in the wrong path or compatibility errors with your windows version.
try changing compatability and running the application in windows 2000, or windows 98 mode see if you still get there error.
