what is IP address in computer lanuage? can we able to track others?
An IP Address - Internet Protocol Address is numerical number - which is assigned to a computer in a network. It helps in communicating between computers.
With the IP address, you can even trace where that PC is located - down to Country to city to even pin point an place where the PC is located. For example, IP 188.8.131.52 is located in Kenya, Nairobi.
An IP Adress is like your house number but for a computer basicly it says I am number 10.0.0.1 so send me some info.
IP Adress is built up of four octets which when added together equals 32bits so you have 8bit.8bit.8bit.8bit.

Every machine on a network has a unique identifier. Just as you would address a letter to send in the mail, computers use the unique identifier to send data to specific computers on a network. Most networks today, including all computers on the Internet, use the TCP/IP protocol as the standard for how to communicate on the network. In the TCP/IP protocol, the unique identifier for a computer is called its IP address. We can able to track external ip address means ip assign by ISP at some ip look up sites like http://www.ip-details.com/ .But we can't able to track internal ip address of a computer.
