how would i be able to use sprint or verison wireless in the iphone 4g if it isnt a sim card??
Dont't worry Sprint's 4G network is growing day by day and you don't need a sim to use. Their 4G network will support your iPhone 4G where you will go.
sorry but u cant
this companies use CDMA technology that not need sim card
u can unlock(jailbreak) the phone, but u can only use it in companies that use GSM technology(sim)
They are different networks. Tmobile and ATT use sim cards (GSM technology) and Verizon and Sprint do not use them... they use CDMA technology. You will have to get the iPhone from them to use on their network.
You can't. You have to buy an iPhone that is CDMA bases technology.

We we're all expecting the iPhone 5 but we're left with the 4S. Does it have a significant number of changes in its features or does it just fill in the gaps of what should have been in previous iPhones? Worth buying or not?

Can an iPhone just be used as an iPod?I'll be traveling to another country where I won't be able to use my phone, which is fine. But I'd like to be able to use my phone as an iPod. Airplane mode turns off the wifi, so I don't want to use that, but I don't want roaming charges. Any suggestions?
