   yes we do get engrossed but life is all about balance and our families should always come first

   SIJO agree with you that only by proper balancing we can lead a life full of happiness, however most of us forget that.

   if they are not using technologies, others consider them as old and left out from the crowd or trend, for others they are buying latest gadgets like mobiles etc, they keep on buy unwanted items to maintain status in the society, we can live without that too, but we can not live without it, when everybody uses it, how you alone in the nomans island, you can not' so you also end up with them and have all those techy gadgets and technologies for them but they wont be haveing full satisfaction in their life.

   this is a common question in the day and age we live in, especially in the United States.  Technology has become our livelihood - we can not leave the house without our cell phones.  For those with SmartPhones, we can not simple put it down and enjoy dinner conversation.  It is the instant gratification society we live in now.  I can only imagine the next generation!  I guess it is a conscious effort to put the technology down and go for a walk or a hike.
