What is an RSS feed and what would I use if for?
I know they're a useful marketing tool, but what do they really do? I'm honestly clueless.
You should watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0klgLsSxGsU - RSS in Plain English which explains it quite well. Basically it allows people to keep track of new content on a website without having to go to the website every so often.
it is true that they allow you to keep track of new posts on other websites, but you should include some in your hubs because when google crawls your hub to determine how high it is ranked, RSS feeds help a lot because it makes google think that the information on your hub is updated consistently
