Adobe Photoshop - though I do not do professional editing
I go to picnik.com website...most of the photo editing options are free...that is if you aren't going to do it professionally. Professionally you should probably go with adobe photoshop.
adobe photoshop is the best for me ... widely used so many tutorials available for advanced editing ...
Hmm... I like different ones for different reasons.
If I'm editing on my desktop I use Photoshop
If I'm editing on my phone (android) I really like Picsay
and if I'm editing on my iOS devices it's pretty hard to beat Filterstorm.
For simple things I'll use paintnet, otherwise, photshop
I always use Adobe Photoshop because this was the first photo editing software I tried.
Plus, it gives non-expert the chance to add cool effects to your photos through Photoshop Actions.
