What would you do if there was no electricity nor communication?
The best times of my life are spent during a storm when the lights go out, and the world is quiet. I would love it. We don't use electric much anyway, so I would miss that much. I would much rather write a letter than an email. I have a phone, but only for business. I have always thought I was born in the wrong time, because I fancy the Victorian and Edwardian age better than this one.
I lived in another country for a year and had no electricity or even a phone and it was rather hard to not have a phone, because it cut me off from the world. It was in the 70's so there was no way to email either, so I wrote many letters, read a lot of books, played board games, cards and then went to bed early.
