Is there a possibility of the keyboard and mouse fading away as input devices?
Eventually, it is almost a certainty. Voice recognition has already improved a great deal. Eye movement for data entry is improving. Direct brain connections are a long way away, but direct neural connections to peripheral nerves are closer.
Or maybe we'll go back to sitting around the campfire and telling stories!
