Why would your computer have no sound for videos?
So, what happens is, I turn on the computer, go to watch a video on YouTube, no sound. I shut down the computer, turn it on again, and then there is sound.
This depends heavily on what your using for sound and what you used your flash for. Most of the time you just have to refresh the page or browser and it will work fine, if no sound still comes out check under your playback settings where your sound mixer is - make sure you set the sound back to your speakers or headset to default again!

None of my youtube-hosted videos are playable. Anyone else having a problem? We had a similar problem a couple of months ago which HP fixed soon after. As was the case last time, video hubs are no problem, just the ones on youtube. - and they play fine on youtube, just not on the hub.

Would anyone have any ideas why videos won't play on a Windows 7 PC despite which browser is used?We have asked techs at various businesses, and no-one has been able to solve this mystery yet. We don't have any ad blocking software, yet we occasionally receive that message. We use a lot of the same...
