What steps do you take to avoid getting viruses and malware on your computer?
I first always make sure I delete and uninstall the standard malware program that came with the computer.
Also install Revo Uninstaller to get rid of programs no longer needed
I install those Programs, and use Trusteer.
I haven't had a virus in 5 years.
I stopped going to web sites that offered free barnyard amputee midget snuff porno.
If you want your computer to be virus and malware free, you can choose some one or combinations of the following.
1. use it exclusively
2. Avoid connecting any storage device to your computer
3. Don't use the internet
4. Use the best anti virus and anti malware available in the market, not the trial or shareware.
I hope it helps.
