They would say everything they can, however, as they don't have a concrete handle on why traffic is gone, what they are doing can only be hit-and-miss or wait-and-see. Paul Edmonson said just earlier today that they thought the idle Hubs feature would have "worked" by now but that it appears it might take several months to have some effect.
